Ordering

Add your chosen sets to the bag, review your selection and fill in your contact and delivery details. The website prepares a message to hello@kapavi.com; open it in your email app and press Send there. An email enquiry is a request, not a confirmed purchase: we confirm availability, delivery charges and the final amount before you pay. Prices include all taxes. Shipping & delivery

Tracked courier delivery across India, dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of confirmation. Delivery charges are confirmed before you pay. Read the shipping & delivery policy.

Returns, cancellations & refunds

Cancel free of charge before dispatch. Return unused items within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. Read the returns, cancellations & refunds policy.
