Where we deliver

We deliver across India through tracked courier services. If a PIN code is not served by our couriers, we will tell you before you pay. We do not currently ship outside India.

Dispatch and delivery times

Confirmed orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 working days for metro cities and 5 to 10 working days for other locations, depending on the courier and the destination. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees; we will keep you informed if a parcel is delayed.

Delivery charges

Product prices include all taxes but not delivery. Any delivery charge for your order is shown or confirmed to you before you pay, so there are no surprises later. If you are ordering by email enquiry, we state the delivery charge in our reply along with the final amount.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched we send the courier name and tracking number to the email address or phone number on your order. If the tracking page shows no movement for more than three working days, write to us and we will chase the courier for you.

Your address

Please check the delivery address and phone number carefully. Couriers call the phone number on the parcel if they cannot find the address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we will contact you to re-dispatch it, and a second delivery charge may apply.

Damaged or wrong parcels

Every set is checked and folded before it leaves us. If the parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with the wrong item, do not accept a visibly tampered parcel if you can refuse it, and in all cases email hello@kapavi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including any delivery charge, as described in our returns, cancellations & refunds policy.
