These terms apply to the website kapavi.com and to every order placed with Kapavi, operated by kapaviHome, Delhi, India. By browsing the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our privacy policy, shipping & delivery policy and returns, cancellations & refunds policy.
Products and prices
Every set is described on its product page with its measurements, pack contents, fabric and thread count. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown or confirmed separately before you pay. Photographs are reference images; colours may vary slightly between screens and between production batches, and printed patterns may be positioned a little differently on each piece.
We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order. If an error affects an order you have already paid for, we will tell you and offer a full refund or the option to proceed at the correct price.
How an order is formed
Adding items to your bag and sending an order enquiry is a request to buy, not a confirmed purchase. An order is confirmed only when we have checked availability, agreed the final amount including delivery with you, and received payment or a payment arrangement. We may decline an order for reasons such as stock, delivery area or suspected misuse, and will refund any amount already paid.
Payment
Where online payment is offered at checkout, it is processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, and we never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. An online order is confirmed when Cashfree reports the payment as successful; the stock in your bag is held for 30 minutes while you pay, and released if the payment is not completed in that time. Orders placed by email are paid by the method agreed with you when the order is confirmed. Please do not send payment details by email.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Dispatch times, delivery areas, charges and what to do if a parcel arrives damaged are set out in the shipping & delivery policy. Cancellation windows, return eligibility and refund timelines are set out in the returns, cancellations & refunds policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
Care and use
Follow the care instructions on the product page and the label. Damage caused by washing above the recommended temperature, bleach, tumble drying on high heat or other misuse is not covered by returns.
Your use of the website
You may use this website only for genuine shopping and enquiries. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access areas that are not intended for customers, or use automated tools to place orders. All text, photographs, pattern designs, logos and other content on kapavi.com belong to Kapavi or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, strikes or natural events, though we will keep you informed and refund you if we cannot deliver.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be subject to the courts at Delhi, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum of your choice.
